By road, Delhi to Hyderabad runs close to 1,500 to 1,560 km depending on the exact route taken. On a clear run with one driver, that is roughly 24 to 27 hours of actual driving time. No cab, however good the Innova, covers that safely in a single stretch.
That is why every genuine one-way Delhi to Hyderabad Innova booking we handle is planned as a two-day trip, with an overnight halt built in. Anyone promising a non-stop 20-hour dash with one driver is cutting corners on safety, and we would rather lose the booking than take that risk.
The Route We Recommend
The standard alignment follows NH44 for most of the journey:
Delhi to Agra to Jhansi to Sagar or Bhopal to Nagpur to Adilabad to Hyderabad.
Nagpur sits almost at the midpoint and works well as an overnight halt, splitting the trip into two manageable legs of around 750 to 800 km each. Some drivers prefer stopping earlier near Sagar if the first day starts late, which also works fine.
Road quality is genuinely mixed. The Delhi to Agra and Nagpur to Hyderabad stretches are in good shape with expressway sections. The Madhya Pradesh portion between Jhansi and Nagpur can have patchy stretches and slower traffic, so we build in buffer time rather than promise an exact arrival hour.

Fuel. Diesel Innova variants average reasonably well on highway stretches, but a trip this long still consumes a meaningful amount of fuel, and that is factored into the total.
