1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- Advance Booking Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund (excluding any processing fees, if applicable).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount or Percentage].
- Immediate Booking Cancellations
- For on-demand bookings, cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of booking confirmation to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made after 15 minutes will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total fare.

- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability, weather conditions, or technical issues.
- In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the booking at no additional cost.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- Eligible cancellations as per Section 1.
- Double payment or erroneous transaction by the customer.
- Service disruptions caused by us that prevent the completion of the booked ride.
2.2 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days of the cancellation or issue being reported.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- No-show by the customer at the scheduled pickup location.
- Last-minute cancellations outside the cancellation window.
- Delays caused due to traffic, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
